WEEK 1
Part 1
I decided to begin my regiment on Monday after my last final to get into shape over the winter break. Anyone who works out knows the toughest part getting back into it, is the first few weeks and the accompanying soreness. I hope that with Charlotte’s Web Recovery CBD gummies I will alleviate some of this, helping me to push through. I have had some health issues since getting out of the service so I am looking to return myself to a healthier body and lifestyle. I do a few miles of cardio throughout my day just in walking my dog around town and biking to and from campus for class. I am utilizing Charlotte’s Web Recovery CBD gummies to help with weight training, which I have been out of for years at this point, I plan to weight train 3 times weekly and focus on building muscle. I took one of the Recovery CBD gummies before my workout and one that night before going to bed, on off days I’m taking one in the morning and again one at night before bed. The taste is unique, the ginger is not overpowering and very light and natural tasting, the CBD gummies have a good solid consistency and don’t come with the astringent, almost, rubbing alcohol taste I’ve experienced with other THC/CBD gummies. I didn’t notice any immediate effects, but had a great workout on Monday and then come Tuesday I noticed very minimal soreness, much less than I was expecting.
Part 2
I woke up on Wednesday still with a mild soreness from my Monday workout mostly in my pectoral muscles, which have been largely ignored for some time, from past experience without the CBD gummies for exercise recovery I would have expected the muscle soreness to be more than I have been experiencing. I decided to continue my regiment of one CBD Recovery gummy before my workout and one CBD gummy before bed on my workout days, still focusing on weights and doing cardio on the side during my day. I proceed to take my pre-workout CBD gummy and go hit the gym and had a great session despite this being my second time back into weight lifting. It’s been some time since I was really heavily weight training, but there is a substantial difference with the CBD gummies and how fatigued and sore my muscles are. I keep waiting for the soreness to set in, for me to get to the gym and making my workouts difficult, but so far while taking Charlotte’s Web CBD Recovery gummies I can say it’s just not happening. I increased weight this workout a lot as well and still little to no muscle soreness the next day. The taste of the gummies has quite grown on me as well, very natural and mild no crazy flavors to get sick of. I am excited to continue this regiment and see how far I can push myself over the next month.
Part 3
I woke up Friday feeling great, spreading my workouts over the week with a break day in between has been working well, and the CBD gummies are doing their job keeping inflammation and muscle soreness at bay. I imagine even doubling up workout days would not really affect me negatively. I took my CBD gummy early and hit the gym around 10:30 after finishing my morning protein shake. I toned down the weight today as I really pushed myself on Wednesday with my chest and back. I incorporated some light stretching into my routine, due to some tightness in my hamstrings and back. I think on my off days I will begin to introduce some light yoga to help keep everything loose for the workouts. So far it’s been weights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I think yoga either Tuesday or Thursday and once again on the weekend will really help going forward. Me and my dog Janie took a nice long walk around town in the afternoon to run some errands at McGuckins and stretch our collective legs. I noticed little to no soreness again even after having worked out and walked a few miles. The CBD gummies have been keeping me nice and relaxed during my workouts and likely during the day as well, without any noticeable “high” you would expect from THC gummies sold at dispensaries. It would be nice if I could get the recovery formula in a powder form and incorporate them into my morning protein shakes.

WEEK 2
Part 1
I was considering adding yoga to my weight lifting routine at the end of last week, I haven’t had much muscle soreness, but am experiencing some tightness for sure. Sunday I woke up a bit late, took a morning CBD gummy and walked my dog around the block. A couple of hours after lunch I decided to do a quick 15-minute yoga routine to stretch some tight spots, particularly focusing on my chest. Monday was back to my weights routine, I drank a morning protein shake and took a CBD gummy an hour before heading down to the gym. I focused on legs and abs today as my upper body got worked hard last week and I wanted to give it somewhat of a break today. I am still noting some muscle tightness, but after the weekend break I have very little soreness. I’ll be doing small yoga routines throughout the week on my off days from weights to help with this tightness. On Tuesday, Christmas Eve, I woke up feeling very tight in my legs and more than a little sore in my abdominal area. I did a small 15-minute yoga session at home and took my dog out so we could stretch our legs. I noted definite muscle fatigue from the leg workout, the CBD gummy I took Tuesday morning before my yoga session helped to relieve some of the muscle pain I was experiencing and stretch it out.
Part 2
I decided to keep my workout today light as it was Christmas and I wasn’t really feeling it. I did bring a pair of boxing gloves my mother got me to do some heavy bag training, very fun and a good upper body workout. I have been consistent with the routine of an AM CBD Recovery gummy on off days and one before a workout, followed up by one before bed. I enjoy the taste of the CBD gummy much more than any other edibles I’ve taken, and it doesn’t have that marijuana taste one might be accustomed to if they eat different types of edibles. I think I may take off this upcoming Friday from the gym to not push myself too hard. The muscle soreness is definitely creeping in and up, the Recovery CBD gummies are helping though, I doubt very highly I could do the weights I have been and still keep a 3x a week routine. I will likely shift my Friday workout to Saturday just to give my body a bit more time to recover. I think the implementation of yoga has been very important to muscle recovery and keeping everything nice and loose. I will continue with this plan now as it seems to be helping a lot with stiffness. The CBD gummies I take before workouts have been having a more noticeable effect, I am much more focused and “in” my workout, I am enjoying it as many times before working out has felt just like that, work. Now it’s a very zen moment in my day.
Part 3
I took today off of weights as I’ve been taking it easy since Christmas, relaxing. The CBD gummies are still keeping muscle fatigue at bay, I get a little sore from time to time, but nothing like I was expecting given past experience. I really believe they are helping to keep inflammation and soreness from getting in the way of my workouts. When I was in the service lifting, I can recall many workouts I just didn’t have the focus or energy because my body was too sore. Adding yoga to off days and stretching to my regular workout routine has been necessary, but that’s not to be unexpected with the heavyweights I have been training with. Honestly, I should have probably started with a week of light weights and yoga instead of just diving into the deep end head first, all in all, though the results have been very beneficial. I had some intense shoulder pain on Christmas night, and the CBD gummies for recovery seemed to help a lot. I took some naproxen at the same time but was able to sleep through the night and woke up the next morning feeling like my shoulder had never been in pain at all. My joint health definitely seems to be improving and I rarely have pain in my ankles, which used to be fairly common when walking Janie, my dog. I also used to experience that shoulder pain much more often, and Christmas bought of pain was the first one I’ve had since starting on the CBD Recovery gummies.

WEEK 3
Part 1
I have been introducing more heavy bag work into my routines over the holidays. I focused on biceps, triceps, and shoulders on Monday. I learned you need to wrap your hands if you are hitting a bag for any length of time, and in between rounds of hitting the bag, I would do some free weight lifting. It was a very exhausting workout I plan to continue, I was winded after a half-hour of alternating free weights and heavy bag. After this workout, I also managed to carry my 65lbs dog home two blocks, due to her feet hurting on the ice. I woke up Tuesday pretty exhausted still, but not sore, my CBD gummies for recovery seem to be doing their job still after all these weeks. I have yet to have that heavy soreness set in and it is really helping me stay on track with my workouts. The normal whey protein I use is running low, so after the success with the CBD gummies, I am planning to find and start utilizing a quality hemp-based protein powder. Semi-regular yoga routines, in as little as 15 minutes, have helped the tightness I was experiencing around the start of last week, especially in my chest and hamstring areas. I am definitely noticing more strength in my upper body after the past few weeks and am pleased with the results, I am not sure I could have kept my routine so regular without the Recovery CBD gummies.
Part 2
Today was my birthday and New Years so I decided on another break day from the gym. I was exhausted from the alternating bag work and free weights earlier in the week. The CBC gummies for recovery are doing a great job. Despite how tiring my workout is, my recovery CBD gummies keep muscle soreness almost totally at bay. With the intro of the bag work, cardio has now become a weak spot I need to work on. I slept a good chunk of the day as I was tired from the night before and the start of the weeks’ workout. I also have not been able to do as much cardio as I’d like, my dog’s paws are getting very raw from the cold and salt, so she needs a break inside for a while. I am continuing small yoga routines to help keep everything stretched and comfortable, so far it has been helping quite a lot. Balance in working out is very important so it is key that I don’t overexert myself to the point of injury and that I take the time to tend to body parts that need it. The CBD recovery gummies are an integral part of my routine and self-care at this point and will likely continue their use for some time while trying hemp proteins to see how they work. For anyone on the fence about this product, I recommend a month trial like I’m conducting and you will not be disappointed.
Part 3
I woke up today energized and ready for a good workout after my little mid-week break. I took my morning pre-workout CBD gummy and hit the gym before breakfast. I’ve been finding it’s nice to work out in the morning on an empty stomach and work up an appetite, especially since on school break I have no morning obligations. I took it slow and worked a lot on form with the heavy bag set up, interval with free weights as I did earlier in the week. I toned the speed and weight down some though, because of how tired I was after this workout last time. The form is important on bag work and I’ve almost injured my left wrist several times now, wrapping is important, but I have a feeling the CBD gummies for recovery are helping to keep my weaker joints protected from my workouts. I ended my workout with my usual fruit and protein shake, I will likely have to go purchase some new protein next week and am planning on a hemp-based product after the success with Charlotte’s Web CBD Gummies for Recovery. This has been a very good trial, I feel a lot stronger and after my health issues at the end of last school semester, I am very glad to have gotten on the Recovery CBD gummies and that I am now getting myself into healthier shape mentally and physically. Again to anyone thinking about trying CBD products I highly recommend it, even for just a month to get yourself into a good routine that’s easy to keep going. The hardest part is always those first few weeks.

WEEK 4
Part 1
Today got off to a rough start, I forgot to take my morning protein shake and my CBD gummies along with it. I was running around trying to get things ready before the semester begins next week and was all over town all day. I got back in late and was able to walk the dog for a bit of cardio, I took my CBD gummy after getting her in and proceeded to the gym for a late workout. I went really hard on the Heavy Bag working out the tension of the day and still maintaining intervals with free weights. I had a really good workout despite the gym being more full than usual, my normal area remains free for me to use. I am starting to see the bottom of my container of Charlotte’s Web Recovery Gummies and am considering getting a refill or looking for a similar product in powder form. If not the recovery gummies I will be looking to restock with a very similar Hemp protein powder. I slept very soundly with the late-night workout and double dose of gummies towards the end of the day. I am still gaining strength with little muscle soreness, most have been abdominal since starting the heavy bag training. I also signed up for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class that begins with my courses this semester and will be looking forward to the health benefits of that class’s routine.
Part 2
Today I got back to my nice morning routine, took the dog for a walk, made my protein shake and took my Recovery CBD gummy all before 9 am. I got to the gym shortly thereafter and was warming up with some heavy bag work when I injured my left hand and wrist. I think what happened was my hand was improperly wrapped as when I went to undo it and check on myself it had come very loose. I stopped the bag training to not make the injury worse and finished up with some free weights and machines focusing on the upper body. I think come Friday I will forego any bag training so my hand has a chance to heal up before my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class begins next Monday. The early morning workout is definitely my preference, get one Recovery CBD gummy early and one at night before bed, it absolutely helps to put your day off on the right foot. The gummies seem to be keeping my wrist fairly pain free without any Naproxen or similar anti-inflammatories. I felt the start of the pain and knew to back off and not push it, the Recovery CBD gummies really help to make the whole experience of working out less painful and more of a pleasure. I would certainly recommend them to anyone even if just for the first month to get into the habit of working out again after a hiatus or injury.
Part 3
I woke up on Thursday with a small amount of pain in my left hand from the Heavy Bag work the day before, not unbearable and does not stop me from performing normal everyday tasks. It just needs a break and the Recovery CBD gummies helped me to feel that before it became a serious long term injury. I opted out of bag work today to save my hand any further stress, I focused on the upper body again working arms, chest and back with a mixture of weight machines and free weights. I also did some cardio on the rowing machine as it is my favorite over treadmills or ellipticals. I got in the gym nice and early around 9 am before anyone else was there, it feels good to start the day right like that. This is my last full week reviewing the CBD gummies and after a month of 3x a week training, I cannot recommend this product enough. My strength has increased greatly with minimal to no muscle soreness one would expect for just starting a routine after years of lethargy. Such a small addition to my routine has made it all possible, I doubt I could have hit my marks without the help of the CBD gummies for recovery. Please do yourself a favor if you are thinking about it and get this product and get in shape!
